Solhavn Estate Interior Design Project

Project Brief

Solhavn Estate is a light-filled private sanctuary in Middle Dural, NSW, where refined Scandinavian design meets the softness of the Australian landscape. The interiors were designed to honour the home’s architectural vision, creating a natural harmony between space, light and its surrounding environment.

Designed by Guadalupe from our Crows Nest studio, the project embodies BoConcept’s approach to creating spaces that feel calm, curated and deeply liveable. Danish craftsmanship, refined materials and a restrained palette come together to create a sense of quiet luxury that feels elevated without becoming overly styled.

Throughout the home, warm natural materials, soft neutrals and sculptural forms establish a continuous visual language. Each piece was carefully considered to feel integrated with the architecture rather than simply placed within it, balancing functionality with warmth, texture and ease.

A key focus of the design was creating distinct moments for gathering, connection and retreat while maintaining an effortless flow throughout the property. Careful editing ensures each space has its own character while remaining connected to the broader story of the home.

Featured on The Local Project, Solhavn Estate is a considered expression of contemporary Australian living through a Danish design lens — intentional, harmonious and refined.
