The living and dining area pairs the Bolzano sofa in a warm sand bouclé with a round glass-top New York dining table and Princeton chairs in a tonal woven fabric. The result is an open-plan space that feels airy without feeling sparse.

The existing ottoman doubles as a coffee table in the living zone, sitting alongside a fluted Expose side table and a Charlotte armchair that keeps the layout flexible for a high-rise apartment footprint.

The bedroom uses tone-on-tone layering throughout – upholstered bed frame, Lugano bedside tables and the carefully selected cushions.

The study brings the Calgary shelving system together with a compact Kingston desk and an understated Adelaide chair – a focused, well-organised room that earns its calm.
